The qualification is ideal for professional accountants or auditors. If your employees have experience, but no formal qualifications in accounting and auditing, they may still be able to apply for this certificate.

The qualification is structured in an accessible and user-friendly way that underlines key information and provides useful summaries. It examines and breaks down specific standards topic by topic. There are case studies which are based on real-life examples, many exercises, multiple-choice questions and sample answers for students to test their knowledge with as they progress through the course.

The course is also updated every year to make sure it stays relevant, and includes a topic-by-topic explanation of the specific clarified ISAs.

Pathway 1: The CIA Challenge Exam. ACCA members are eligible to take an expedited pathway to obtain the CIA designation. Traditionally, the CIA is a three-part programme; however, with specific applications windows as listed below, ACCA members are eligible to take a one-part examination.

Pathway 2: For the traditional three-part programme, ACCA members are not required to submit proof of education or professional experience

With the PEFA Framework, we can assess and understand the strengths and weaknesses of a country's PFM system and use this information to support improvements. The PEFA Framework has become the gold standard for assessing PFM performance – with over 650 assessments done in over 150 countries around the world at all income levels.

This four-module, self-paced e-learning course will provide an introduction to the PEFA Framework, how to understand and use it, and the process involved. The course also presents examples, and offers guidance documents and background material. Participants will be invited to complete quizzes to test their understanding throughout the course. Participants will receive a course completion certificate after successfully completing all quizzes in each of the four modules.
