Proficient

ACCA members with a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained during the journey to qualification. At this career level you are usually expected to have some post qualification experience where you build further on the Insight, Drive and Collaboration skills needed to succeed.

Expert

ACCA members/fellows with considerable post qualification experience with a breadth and depth of exposure to a variety of scenarios. At this career level, you are likely to be managing a team or function, or progressing strongly in a specialist area of expertise.

Leader

ACCA fellows with vastly significant post qualification experience. At this level, you are likely to be a senior leader perhaps in a C-suite or entrepreneurial role.

Digital

What does digital mean?

Proficiently and ethically utilises existing and emerging data technologies, capabilities, practices and strategies.

I can communicate all requirements necessary to support the development of the overall technology strategy to drive the accomplishment of organisational objectives.

I can analyse, interpret and evaluate a wide range of incumbent and emerging data and technologies at a strategic level, producing proof of concepts and business cases, and communicating the same to internal and external stakeholders.

I have the fluency to communicate effectively with data and technology professionals across the organisation.

I drive continuous improvements through appropriate use of incumbent and emerging data technologies.

I am responsible for data governance and data integrity in my area and I establish and enforce appropriate controls. I scrutinise data sources ensuring single source of truth.

I evaluate business cases and the benefits resulting from the use of data and technology.

I play a proactive role in monitoring and managing the legal and regulatory environment associated with data and technology.

I can create cultural and behavioural change through use of modern communication, social and community technologies which enable the organisation to meet its strategic goals.

I promote and ensure up to date and forward looking statistical approaches and best practice data analytics are used across the organisation.
