Responsibilities

Delivers financial information, tools, analysis and insight across the organisation; assesses, evaluates and implements management accounting and performance management systems.

I identify emerging developments in performance and management accounting, integrating those developments into the behaviours and actions of the organisation.


I establish the organisation's strategic planning and performance management structures, systems and policies and monitor their effectiveness to support the organisation's sustainability and long-term goals.


I interpret and report to key stakeholders on the performance of the organisation, providing insights and appropriate recommendations.


I direct organisational performance through the selection of critical success factors (CSFs) based on the organisational strategic plan and advise on appropriate measurement methods.


I consult on the design and use of current and emerging technology and information systems to improve strategic decision-making and organisational performance.


I evaluate the impact of external and internal factors and the changing environment on the organisation’s risk appetite, strategy, direction and performance.


I consult on the organisation's policies relating to sustainability and embed them within the performance management framework.
